MMS is a stabilized and pure 28% oxygenated solution of sodium chlorite in distilled water. After mixing it with a small dose of lemon, lime, vinegar or dilute citric acid, it changes to acidic and also becomes slightly unstable and releases chlorine dioxide gas (ClO2). MMS is characterized by a strong bactericidal action, therefore after its use in a few hours, the harmful oxidation of harmful bacteria, viruses, parasites, mold and fungi is completely oxidized. MMS does not destroy beneficial lactobacteria. After using the solution with MMS, only small quantities of sodium chloride (NaCl), table salt, are left.
